The listing has no payment method. Assign a payment policy and republish.

Why this happens

The payment settings do not include a way for the buyer to pay. Why eBay enforces this: Buyers need at least one way to pay. eBay checks the payment settings on each listing, and a listing without a payment method cannot be sold, so it is rejected. When it usually happens: It appears on accounts that do not use business policies yet, or when a listing was created without selecting a payment policy.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing and pick a payment policy from the eBay account's business policies.
  2. If no policy exists, create one in eBay Seller Hub (Business Policies) and refresh policies in 3Dsellers.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Create payment, shipping and return business policies in Seller Hub, and set them as defaults for the account in 3Dsellers.
