The eBay listing or unpublished offer has invalid data in the associated Fulfillment policy.

The shipping policy attached to the listing is invalid (deleted, other site, or retired service). Assign a current policy.

Why this happens

The shipping (fulfillment) policy attached to the listing is invalid: it was deleted on eBay, belongs to a different eBay site, or contains a service eBay no longer offers. Why eBay enforces this: The fulfillment policy is eBay's name for a shipping policy. eBay checks that the policy exists on the same site, is not deleted, and uses valid services before it publishes an offer. When it usually happens: It usually appears after policies were cleaned up or renamed in Seller Hub while listings in 3Dsellers still reference the old ones.

Example Wrong Settings

The listing uses a shipping policy that was deleted in eBay Seller Hub last week.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, refresh the eBay account's business policies.
  2. Open the listing and select a shipping policy from the refreshed list.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Refresh business policies in 3Dsellers whenever you edit or delete policies in Seller Hub, and reassign listings before deleting a policy.

Listing uses an existing, active shipping policy from the same eBay site.
