The eBay listing or unpublished offer has an invalid quantity. At least one variation must have a quantity greater than 0.

Every variation has quantity 0. eBay needs at least one variation in stock to publish the listing.

Why this happens

A variation listing was published with every variation at quantity 0. eBay needs at least one variation with stock. Why eBay enforces this: eBay's inventory-based listings need at least one variation with stock at publish. With every variation at zero, the offer would be unpurchasable, so eBay refuses it. When it usually happens: It usually appears when inventory sync marks all variations as sold out before a publish runs.

Example Wrong Settings

All 8 variations of a shirt have quantity 0 after an inventory sync.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the Variations tab and set a quantity above 0 on at least one variation.
  2. If inventory sync zeroed the stock, check the stock source and fix it there.
  3. If nothing is in stock, end the listing instead of publishing it.
  4. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Run inventory sync before scheduled publishing and skip products that are fully out of stock.
