The Best Offer Auto Accept Price entered has an invalid value.

The Best Offer auto-accept price is not a valid number or is too low. Enter a valid price and republish.

Why this happens

The value for Best Offer "Accept" Price is not a valid integer or decimal, or the value is too low for sales to cover eBay fees. Why eBay enforces this: eBay needs a valid positive price for auto-accept, below the listing price. A blank, zero or text value cannot be used to accept offers. When it usually happens: It usually appears when auto-accept values are imported with symbols or when a rule produced an empty value.

Example Wrong Settings

Auto-accept amount imported as '$45'.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Best Offer settings and check the auto-accept price: numbers only, above zero, below the listing price.
  2. For CSV imports, remove currency symbols from the column.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Keep Best Offer values numeric in imports, or manage them with offer rules in 3Dsellers.

Auto-accept amount 45.00 on a 50.00 listing.
