The price for accepting offers can't be lower than the price for declining offers.

The auto-accept price is lower than the auto-decline price. Swap or adjust them and republish.

Why this happens

The eBay Best Offer "Decline" price is greater than the "Accept" price. Why eBay enforces this: Auto-accept must sit above auto-decline, otherwise the same offer could be accepted and declined at once. eBay refuses settings where the accept amount is lower. When it usually happens: It usually appears when the two values are typed in the wrong fields or imported in swapped columns.

Example Wrong Settings

Decline: $10 — Accept: $9

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Best Offer settings.
  2. Make sure auto-decline is the lower number and auto-accept the higher, both below the listing price.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Name Best Offer columns clearly in import templates, and let offer rules calculate both values from the price.
