The Best Offer Auto Accept Price must be less than the Buy It Now price.

The Best Offer auto-accept price must be below the Buy It Now price. Lower it and republish.

Why this happens

The Best Offer "Accept" price is greater than the listing price. Why eBay enforces this: Auto-accept sells the item automatically when an offer reaches a set amount. If that amount is at or above the Buy It Now price, it makes no sense, so eBay refuses it. When it usually happens: It usually appears after the listing price is lowered while the auto-accept value stays unchanged. On eBay's local sites this error reads as follows. German: Der Preis für die automatische Annahme von Preisvorschlägen muss unter dem Sofort-Kaufen-Preis liegen.

Example Wrong Settings

Price: $10 — Accept Offer: $11

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Best Offer settings.
  2. Set the auto-accept price below the listing price and above the auto-decline price.
  3. If an offer rule sets the values, adjust its percentages.
  4. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Use offer rules that set auto-accept as a percentage of the current price, so both thresholds follow repricing.
