The Minimum Best Offer Price entered has an invalid value.

The Best Offer auto-decline price is not a valid number or is too low. Enter a valid price and republish.

Why this happens

The value for Best Offer "Decline" Price is not a valid integer or decimal, or a value greater than it is too low for sales to cover eBay fees. Why eBay enforces this: eBay needs the auto-decline amount as a valid positive price, lower than the listing price. A blank, zero or text value cannot be applied to incoming offers. When it usually happens: It usually appears in CSV imports where the Best Offer columns contain currency symbols or are filled with text.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Best Offer settings and check the auto-decline price: numbers only, above zero, below the listing price.
  2. For CSV imports, remove currency symbols from the column.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Use offer rules in 3Dsellers instead of per-listing values, or keep Best Offer columns numeric in imports.

Auto-decline amount 35.00 on a 50.00 listing.
