Auto decline amount cannot be greater than or equal to the Buy It Now price.

The Best Offer auto-decline price is equal to or above the Buy It Now price. Lower it and republish.

Why this happens

The Best Offer "Decline" price is greater than or equal to the listing price. Why eBay enforces this: Auto-decline rejects offers below a set amount. If that amount is equal to or above the Buy It Now price, every offer would be declined, so eBay refuses the setting. When it usually happens: It usually appears after a price drop or repricing lowers the listing price while the auto-decline value stays the same. On eBay's local sites this error reads as follows. French: Le montant de refus automatique ne peut pas ĂȘtre supĂ©rieur ou Ă©gal au prix d'Achat immĂ©diat.

Price: $10 — Decline Offer: $11

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Best Offer settings.
  2. Set the auto-decline price below the auto-accept price, and both below the listing price.
  3. If offer rules set these values automatically, adjust the rule's percentages.
  4. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Set Best Offer thresholds as a percentage of the price in offer rules, so they move automatically when the price changes.
