Trading-card categories require the Card Condition item specific. Fill it and republish.

Why this happens

Trading-card categories on eBay require a Card Condition item specific (Graded / Ungraded plus a condition value). The listing does not have it. Why eBay enforces this: Trading-card categories require Card Condition so collectors can filter by grade. When it usually happens: It usually appears on card listings imported from other platforms without grading data.

Example Wrong Settings

A trading card is listed with the general Condition field filled but without the Card Condition item specific.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Item Specifics.
  2. Fill Card Condition with one of eBay's values (for example "Ungraded - Near Mint or Better"). For graded cards also fill Grade and Professional Grader.
  3. For many cards, use a bulk action to set the value.
  4. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Add Card Condition to your trading-card product template.

Example Correct Settings

Card Condition is set to "Ungraded - Near Mint or Better" (or the matching graded values).
