The video attached to the listing belongs to a different eBay account. Use a video uploaded under the same account.

Why this happens

VideoID(s) are not owned by the seller account. Why eBay enforces this: Videos on eBay belong to the account that uploaded them. A video ID from another account is refused. When it usually happens: It usually appears when one video is reused across several eBay stores.

Example Wrong Settings

Store B listing uses a video uploaded by store A.

How to fix it

  1. Check which eBay account the listing belongs to in 3Dsellers.
  2. Remove the video ID from the listing, or replace it with a video uploaded to that same eBay account.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Upload videos separately for each eBay account.
