SKU is required in every variation for items that are fulfilled by eBay.

Every variation needs a unique SKU for this listing type. Fill the missing SKUs and republish.

Why this happens

The listing uses eBay fulfillment (or inventory-based listing), which requires a unique SKU on each variation. One or more variations have no SKU. Why eBay enforces this: Items fulfilled by eBay or managed by SKU need a unique SKU on each variation so eBay can match stock and orders. When it usually happens: It usually appears when variation SKUs were never generated.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the Variations tab and fill a unique SKU for each variation (a SKU template can generate them).
  2. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Generate variation SKUs with a SKU template before publishing variation products.

Example Correct Settings

Each variation has its own SKU, for example TSHIRT-BLK-M.
