Users with a low feedback rating are not allowed to list an item with Fixed Price format.

New accounts with a low feedback score cannot list at a fixed price. List as an auction until the score grows, or ask eBay to lift it.

Why this happens

eBay needs you to raise your Feedback Score to list this item. Why eBay enforces this: To reduce fraud, eBay may require a minimum feedback score before an account can list at a fixed price. When it usually happens: It usually appears on brand-new eBay accounts.

Example Wrong Settings

Account with feedback score 0 publishes Fixed Price listings.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, change the listing format to Auction and publish.
  2. Build feedback by completing a few sales or purchases on the account.
  3. Once eBay allows fixed price (check Seller Hub > Overview), switch the format back and republish.

How to prevent it

Build feedback on new accounts before bulk Fixed Price listing.
