eBay is restricting how many values you can enter for this Item Specific, based on the category or the product. Why eBay enforces this: Some specifics accept a single value because they describe one fact, such as Age Level or Department. Multiple values are refused. When it usually happens: It usually appears when a supplier feed lists several age ranges or departments in one field.

  2. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Item Specifics and keep a single value for that field.
  3. If you need to show the other values, add a custom item specific with a different name or put them in the description.

Pick the main value for single-value specifics and add a custom specific for the extra information.
