The price for declining offers can't be higher than the price for accepting offers.

The auto-decline price is higher than the auto-accept price. Make decline the lower number and republish.

Why this happens

The eBay Best Offer "Decline" price is greater than the "Accept" price. Why eBay enforces this: Auto-decline must be below auto-accept, otherwise offers between the two would be accepted and declined at once. eBay refuses the reversed setting. When it usually happens: It usually appears when the two thresholds are entered in the wrong fields.

Example Wrong Settings

Decline: $10 — Accept: $9

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Best Offer settings.
  2. Set the auto-decline price below the auto-accept price.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Let offer rules calculate both thresholds from the listing price.

Decline: $10 — Accept: $11
