The listing has no photos. eBay requires at least one; add a photo and republish.

Why this happens

The listing does not include any Product Photos. eBay requires a listing have at least one image. Why eBay enforces this: Every eBay listing must show at least one photo. Listings without photos are refused because buyers cannot see the item. When it usually happens: It usually appears on imports where image links were missing or failed to download.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Photos tab and upload at least one image (ideally 1600 px on the longest side).
  2. If photos exist in the product but not in the listing, re-apply the product images to the listing.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Validate that every row in an import has image links before running it, and fix failed image downloads first.
