The shipping policy on the listing is missing or invalid (deleted, wrong site, or mistyped in a CSV). Assign a current one.

Why this happens

The listing is missing a Shipping Policy/ settings, or eBay is rejecting the current Shipping Policy. Why eBay enforces this: eBay checks that the shipping policy on the listing exists, belongs to the same site and is valid. A deleted or foreign policy is refused. When it usually happens: It usually appears after policies were deleted or renamed in Seller Hub, or on listings copied to another eBay site. On eBay's local sites this error reads as follows. French: Les conditions de livraison que vous avez spécifiées ne sont pas valides. Italian: Hai fornito una regola di spedizione non valida.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, refresh the eBay account's business policies.
  2. Open the listing and select a shipping policy from the refreshed list.
  3. For CSV imports, use the numeric policy ID from the same eBay site.
  4. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Refresh policies in 3Dsellers after changes in Seller Hub, and reassign listings before deleting a policy.
