Why this happens

eBay is rejecting the package dimension settings. Why eBay enforces this: eBay needs length, width and height as valid numbers to calculate postage and check carrier limits. Missing or malformed dimensions are refused. When it usually happens: It usually appears on imports with dimensions written as '10x20x30' in one column.

Example Wrong Settings

Dimensions imported as '10x20x30cm' in the length column.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's package settings and fill all three dimensions with numbers only.
  2. For CSV imports, remove units, spaces and letters from the dimension columns.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Split dimensions into three numeric columns in import templates.

Example Correct Settings

Length 30, width 20, height 10, unit centimeters.
