All compatibilities are invalid, Item not listed.

eBay rejected every vehicle in the compatibility list: wrong category, stale catalog link, unrecognized vehicles, or an eBay outage.

Why this happens

There are multiple possible causes to this error. 1) The eBay category does not accept Car Compatibility lists 2) The item is synced with an eBay Catalog Product; but changes have been made to that product on eBay's end. (The EPID [eBay Product ID] for the listing needs to be updated. 3) eBay does not recognise some of the vehicles that were added. 4) eBay's system is having issues or undergoing updates. Why eBay enforces this: eBay validates every vehicle in a compatibility list against its catalog. If none are accepted, it refuses the whole list. When it usually happens: It usually appears after eBay catalog updates, on parts linked to an outdated catalog product, or on lists copied from another site.

How to fix it

  1. Check that the category is a Parts & Accessories category that accepts compatibility lists.
  2. If the listing is linked to an eBay catalog product, relink it or remove the link.
  3. If you copied the compatibility list from another listing, rebuild it from eBay's vehicle picker in 3Dsellers.
  4. Publish again. If it still fails for many listings at once, wait a day; eBay's compatibility service has outages.

Build compatibility lists per eBay site from the vehicle picker, and review catalog links on older parts listings.
