IAF token supplied is expired.

The eBay authorization for 3Dsellers has expired. Reconnect the eBay account.

Why this happens

The software you are using to manage the listing is not connected to your eBay account properly. (The "IAF Token" is what connects your eBay account to other apps, and it expires after 18 months of non-renewal) Why eBay enforces this: eBay authorizations for apps expire after a set period. After expiry eBay refuses all requests until the account is reconnected. When it usually happens: It appears on all actions for an account at once, often on accounts connected a long time ago.

Example Wrong Settings

eBay account connected to 3Dsellers two years ago and never renewed.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open Settings > Channels and click Reconnect next to the eBay account.
  2. Sign in to eBay and grant access again.
  3. Retry the action; scheduled syncs resume on their own.

How to prevent it

Reconnect the account when 3Dsellers warns about an expiring token, before automations start failing.
