IAF token supplied is invalid.

The connection token between 3Dsellers and your eBay account is invalid. Reconnect the eBay account in 3Dsellers.

Why this happens

The software you are using to manage the listing is not connected to your eBay account properly. (The "IAF Token" is what connects your eBay account to other apps, and it expires after 18 months of non-renewal) Why eBay enforces this: 3Dsellers acts on your eBay account with an authorization token. If eBay revokes it, for example after a password change or when access is removed, every request is refused. When it usually happens: It usually appears for all actions at once after an eBay password reset, security review or removal of the app in eBay's account settings.

Example Wrong Settings

eBay password changed, and 3Dsellers still uses the old authorization.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open Settings > Channels (or the seller account page) and click Reconnect next to the eBay account.
  2. Sign in to eBay and grant access again.
  3. Retry the action.

How to prevent it

Reconnect the eBay account in 3Dsellers whenever you change the eBay password or review third-party app access.
