Why this happens

The payment details or policy was changed, but eBay temporarily blocked this action to protect buyers who are actively engaged in purchasing your item (or to prevent changes from occurring immediately before the listing ends). Why eBay enforces this: Payment instructions are part of the terms buyers accept. eBay locks them while there are bids, offers or less than 12 hours left. When it usually happens: It usually appears when payment instructions in a template are updated and pushed to active auctions.

How to fix it

  1. Resolve open Best Offers on the listing in eBay.
  2. For an auction with a bid, wait for it to end and relist with the new payment details.
  3. Republish from 3Dsellers afterwards.

How to prevent it

Update payment instructions on new listings and apply to active ones only after they end.
