Your pictures cannot be changed while there is a bid on your item. Because you received a bid while you were revising your listing, the changes to pictures will not be saved.

A bid arrived while you were editing, so eBay kept the old photos. Wait for the auction to end and relist with the new images.

Why this happens

The Auction you are editing as a bid from a buyer, so eBay will not allow updating images for the buyer's protection. Why eBay enforces this: A bid arrived while the listing was being revised. From that moment eBay protects the bidder by keeping the photos they saw. When it usually happens: It usually appears on popular auctions revised close to their end.

How to fix it

  1. Leave the photos as they are for the running auction.
  2. When the auction ends, relist it from 3Dsellers with the updated photos.
  3. If the photo change was part of a bulk action, exclude auctions with bids from the action.

How to prevent it

Revise photos before the auction starts, and avoid editing auctions in their final days.
