The tags [Variation Name] is/are disabled as Variant.

The variation attribute name is a reserved eBay word (Quantity, Price and similar). Rename the attribute.

Why this happens

eBay is blocking the word you are using for a Variation Name. Words such as "Quantity," "Price," and other essential eBay listing fields cannot be used. Why eBay enforces this: Words like Quantity, Price or SKU are eBay listing fields, so eBay does not allow them as variation attribute names. When it usually happens: It usually appears when pack sizes are set up as a Quantity attribute.

Variation — Color: Blue — Quantity: 3

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the Variations tab and rename the attribute named in the error (for example "Pack Size" instead of "Quantity").
  2. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Use descriptive attribute names such as Pack Size or Bundle instead of eBay field names.

Variation — Color: Blue — "Included Quantity": 3
