How to fix it

  1. Resolve open Best Offers on the listing in eBay.
  2. For an auction with a bid, wait for it to end and relist with the new return policy.
  3. Republish from 3Dsellers afterwards. If you edited a shared return policy, the error clears listing by listing as they become editable.

How to prevent it

Create a new return policy for changes and assign it gradually instead of editing the one in use.
