At this time, you are unable to add a charity donation to your listing because you have an unpaid donation.

eBay blocks new charity listings while the account has an unpaid donation. Pay it in eBay or remove the charity option.

Why this happens

The listing includes an eBay for Charity donation, but the account has an outstanding unpaid donation, so eBay blocks new charity listings. Why eBay enforces this: eBay for Charity collects donations from sales. When a previous donation is unpaid, eBay blocks new charity listings until the balance is settled. When it usually happens: It usually appears for sellers who add a charity percentage to many listings through a template.

Example Wrong Settings

Listing includes a 10 percent donation while a past donation invoice is unpaid.

How to fix it

  1. Log in to eBay and open Account > Donations (eBay for Charity).
  2. Pay the outstanding donation.
  3. Republish the listing from 3Dsellers, or remove the charity donation from the listing if you no longer want it.

How to prevent it

Pay donation invoices together with seller fees, or keep charity donations off templates until billing is automatic.

Example Correct Settings

The donation invoice is paid, then the charity listing is published.
