No valid shipping service is set on the listing. Assign a shipping policy with a service that fits the package and site.

Why this happens

The Shipping Policy/ settings are either missing a Shipping Service, or the current Shipping Service is rejected due to other listing details. Why eBay enforces this: eBay must offer buyers at least one valid way to ship the item. If the policy has no service, or the only service does not fit the package, eBay refuses the listing. When it usually happens: It usually appears when package weight or size rules out every service in the policy.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing and check which shipping policy is assigned.
  2. Assign a policy with at least one domestic service valid for the eBay site, or edit the current policy to add one.
  3. If the package is heavy or large, make sure the service accepts it.
  4. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Include at least two services of different sizes in general shipping policies, so one always fits.
