The package dimensions are below the minimum of the selected shipping service. Enter the real box size or pick another service.

Why this happens

The package size is too small for the courier's shipping service. Why eBay enforces this: Some carrier services require a minimum parcel size so labels and barcodes fit. eBay refuses dimensions below that minimum for the selected service. When it usually happens: It usually appears when the product's own size, such as a ring or a card, is entered instead of the box size.

Example Wrong Settings

Package 2 x 2 x 1 cm for a ring.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the package settings and enter the dimensions of the actual box or mailer, not the product.
  2. If the parcel really is tiny, assign a shipping policy with a letter or small-packet service.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Enter the dimensions of the packaging you ship in, not the product, and save them as defaults per product type.
