Buy It Now Dutch Auctions are not supported at this time.

This eBay site does not allow Buy It Now on auctions with quantity above one. Remove Buy It Now or use Fixed Price.

Why this happens

eBay.de does not support Buy It Now for Auctions, but the listing is set to use Buy It Now Why eBay enforces this: Some eBay sites, for example eBay Germany, do not offer Buy It Now on multi-quantity auctions. eBay enforces site-specific formats, so the listing must choose either an auction or a fixed price. When it usually happens: It appears mainly when auction templates built for eBay US are reused on European eBay sites.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing and remove the Buy It Now price from the auction, or change the format to Fixed Price.
  2. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Keep separate listing templates per eBay site and check the site's allowed formats before reusing an auction template abroad.
