The postal code for this eBay site must contain numbers only. Remove letters and spaces and republish.

Why this happens

eBay will only allow numbers for the items location's postal code. Why eBay enforces this: Some eBay sites expect postal codes made only of digits. Letters, spaces or country prefixes make the code invalid for shipping calculations. When it usually happens: It usually appears when a postal code is entered with a country prefix, such as D-10115, or with extra characters from an address field.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, open the listing's Item Location.
  2. Enter only the numeric part of the postal code.
  3. Publish again.

How to prevent it

Enter postal codes without prefixes and keep them in a dedicated field, not copied from a full address line.
