This item cannot be accessed because the listing has been deleted or you are not the seller.

The listing was deleted on eBay or belongs to another eBay account. Sync your listings and check which account is active.

Why this happens

The item is either deleted from eBay's system or you are accessing the item from a different eBay account. Why eBay enforces this: eBay only lets the seller who owns a listing read or change it, and it permanently removes ended listings after a retention period. Any later request for that item ID is refused, whether it comes from 3Dsellers or another tool. When it usually happens: In 3Dsellers this is by far the most frequent eBay error. It shows up when price or stock sync keeps targeting a listing that ended or was deleted on eBay, or when a listing was imported under one eBay account but belongs to another.

Example Wrong Settings

Inventory sync updates item 1234567890, which the seller ended and eBay removed last month.

How to fix it

  1. In 3Dsellers, run a listings sync for the eBay account; ended or deleted listings are then marked correctly and automations stop retrying them.
  2. If you manage several eBay accounts, confirm the listing is assigned to the account that actually owns it on eBay.
  3. If the listing was deleted on eBay, copy it to Drafts and publish it as a new listing.

This is the most common error in 3Dsellers logs; almost always it is a listing that ended on eBay while a price or stock sync was still pointing at it.

How to prevent it

Run a listings sync regularly so ended items are flagged. End listings from 3Dsellers rather than directly on eBay when possible, and check that each eBay account is connected only once so listings are never assigned to the wrong account.

Example Correct Settings

The ended listing is marked as ended after a sync, so inventory sync skips it and only active listings are updated.
