Personal Offer or Live Auction items are not revise/relistable.

Personal Offer and Live Auction listings cannot be revised or relisted. End and recreate the listing.

Why this happens

A Personal Offer or Live Auction listing is being edited or relisted, but eBay is blocking this action. Why eBay enforces this: Personal Offers and Live Auction items follow special eBay flows with a fixed buyer or event. eBay does not allow them to be revised or relisted like normal listings. When it usually happens: It appears when a bulk relist or revise includes items that were created as personal offers to a specific buyer.

Example Wrong Settings

Bulk relist includes a personal offer listing created for one buyer.

How to fix it

  1. End the listing on eBay.
  2. Copy it to Drafts in 3Dsellers and publish it as a normal Fixed Price or Auction listing.

How to prevent it

Exclude personal offer and live auction items from bulk relist and revise filters.

Example Correct Settings

Personal offers are excluded; the item is published as a normal Fixed Price listing if it should be sold again.
