Why this happens

eBay has restricted using this email address for PayPal payments. Why eBay enforces this: eBay can block an email address for PayPal payments after fraud checks, account limitations or a mismatch with the seller's verified details. Listings using that address are then refused. When it usually happens: It appears on older listings that still carry a PayPal email in the payment settings, often after PayPal limited the account.

How to fix it

  1. In the payment policy, replace the PayPal email with one that is confirmed on an active PayPal account.
  2. If eBay restricted the address, contact eBay support or use a different PayPal account.
  3. Republish the listing from 3Dsellers.

How to prevent it

Move all listings to business policies with eBay managed payments, so no listing depends on a PayPal email address.
