It's been a busy month behind the scenes at 3Dsellers, and we're rolling out some powerful, user-requested features to help you streamline your workflow, manage your inventory with pinpoint accuracy, and save valuable time on shipping. We've got new segments for items with missing or duplicate SKUs, and integration with leading carriers for seamless label creation that will enable you to fulfill your orders not only faster, but with fewer errors. New Feature: Missing & Duplicate SKU Listing Segments

Have you ever dealt with inventory mix-ups or inaccurate sales tracking because of missing or duplicate SKUs? We know how crucial proper SKU management is for an organized business, which is why we've introduced two new powerful segments to 3Dsellers' Listings tool: Missing SKU and Duplicate SKU.

These new segments automatically identify and group listings that have missing or identical SKUs, so you can stay on top of them and address the problem instantly. This helps prevent inventory mismatch errors and incorrect stock levels, so you can be sure that your inventory remains perfectly in sync every time you make a sale.

How to Fix Missing or Duplicate SKUs:

  1. On your 3Dsellers dashboard, navigate to the Listings tool.
  2. Under the "Listings Segments" on the left, you will find the new Missing SKU and Duplicate SKU segments. The number next to each indicates how many listings need attention.
  3. Click on a segment to view all the affected listings.
  4. From here, you can choose to either fix them manually one-by-one, or use our bulk tools—like the Auto-Fix Missing SKUs button—to generate unique SKUs for all selected items at once.

New Feature: Bulk Generate Shipping Labels

Since launching our Shipping Label integration, we've been working on the most requested follow-up feature: the ability to generate multiple labels at once. No more printing labels one-by-one; now, you can select multiple orders at once and print every label in a single bulk action. This update is designed to help dramatically speed up your shipping label creation workflow and streamline your overall fulfillment process, helping you save time while reducing errors.

How to Print Labels in Bulk:

  1. Head over to your Orders Manager.
  2. Select the orders you'd like to print shipping labels for by ticking the checkbox on the left-hand side beside each order.
  3. Click the Generate Shipping Labels button at the top of the page to generate shipping labels for the selected orders.

Functionality Improvements & Bug Fixes

This month's tune-up includes new filters to help you segment your data, new insights for your helpdesk, and crucial fixes to keep your workflow running smoothly.

Functionality Improvements:

🛠️ New "Sellers" Filter for Reports: You can now use the "Sellers" filter in the Orders Report to run reports for specific channels, rather than having to run them for all channels at once.

🛠️ Shipping Policy Filter for Auto-Messages: We've added a "Filter by Shipping Policy" option to Auto-Messages, allowing you to send specific handling and shipping-related messages to buyers based on their selected shipping method.

🛠️ New "Ticket Type" Graph in Helpdesk Insights: A new graph is available in Helpdesk Insights that provides a "Ticket Type Breakdown," to help you better understand which kinds of support messages you receive most often.

🛠️ Shipping Manifests / SCAN Sheets: You can now print a SCAN Sheet (Manifest) for your shipments, making end-of-day reporting and courier pickups easier than ever.

Bug Fixes:

🔄 Scheduled Listings Failure: Fixed a critical bug that caused some Scheduled Listings to fail to go live on eBay at their appointed time.

🔄 Disordered Helpdesk Conversations: Fixed an issue that caused eBay support conversations to appear out of order in the Helpdesk CRM.

🔄 Amazon Message Failures: Resolved a bug that was preventing some messages from successfully sending to Amazon customers.

🔄 Bulk Action Menu Display: Corrected a UI bug where the Bulk Action menu would appear cut off in certain screen views.
