Let’s have a look at some of the features of Turbo Lister, and how to accomplish the same tasks (and more) with 3Dsellers.

“Turbo Lister File” VS 3Dsellers “Drafts”

Turbo Lister: Turbo Lister File

Technically speaking, the “Turbo Lister file” was essentially a fancy spreadsheet displayed within the Turbo Lister software. (Think of Excel for eBay)

You could edit your listings individually, or edit multiple items with forms. When satisfied with your listings, you could select them and use “add to upload” to begin the publishing process.

3Dsellers: Drafts

In 3Dsellers, a beautiful and intuitive folder called "Drafts" is your new Turbo Lister file.
Quick edit options allow you to edit individual listings from within your Drafts table, or bulk-edit multiple listings with a user-friendly, Bulk Actions menu.

Unlike Turbo Lister's "Add to Uploads" feature, to publish or schedule items in bulk, you can simply select the listings you want to publish, choose an eBay account, and list your items without ever leaving the page.

Both Turbo Lister and 3Dsellers offer a convenient search bar to find items.

However, 3Dsellers lets you create and combine filters to view listings matching certain criteria. This comes in handy for bulk-publishing certain types of items, and copying listing drafts to other eBay accounts.

Creating Individual Listings

Turbo Lister: New Listing

Turbo Lister had the option to create individual listings with a “legacy styled” pop-up form and save them to your Turbo Lister file.

3Dsellers: Create Listing

3Dsellers provides a comprehensive listing editor and breaks down sections of your listings info for simplified editing. You can then calculate your fees, save the listing as a draft, publish, or schedule the listing directly from the editor.

Another key difference between the two tool editors is how your Shipping, Payment, and Return information is handled.

Turbo Lister allowed you to change shipping and return information within each listing. But when you do this, eBay automatically creates a new Business Policy on your account. If you use a policy for a listing later, you may end up with a mess of policies that cannot be sorted through easily.

To help keep your business organized, 3Dsellers only uses eBay Business Policies.

Upload Bulk eBay Listings with CSV

Turbo Lister: Import from File

Uploading CSVs with Turbo Lister was intended to restore backups from Turbo Lister exports, or to use exports for uploading listings to another eBay account.

It was not meant for simple CSVs or direct supplier CSVs that you plan on editing.

3Dsellers: Upload CSV

On the other hand, 3Dsellers provides you with a CSV suite.

It is perfect for supplier CSVs that don’t include all of the data you need for eBay, or, of course, uploading backups of listings.

After uploading, you can bulk edit and include any information you need.

BONUS: you can also upload a CSV to bulk-change active listing’s prices and quantities.

Bulk Editing eBay Items

Turbo Lister: Edit Multiple Listings

With Turbo Lister, you could select multiple items and use their editing form to change data.

The process was relatively simple. Although, you were not able to include variations in bulk editing.

3Dsellers: Bulk Actions

In 3Dsellers, you are given more bulk-editing options to help you expedite your workflow. You are also not limited to editing only non-variation items in bulk.

A neat feature worth mentioning is the ability to increase and decrease prices and quantities by increments instead of set values.

Some other notable features of 3Dsellers Listings are “SEO” and “Tags.” SEO allows you to add additional information to your listings to get better search rank and boost your sales. “Tags” are internal notes for your listings. You can use them in searches and filters to find the right listings to edit (at lightning speed).

Copy/Transfer Listings to Other eBay Accounts

Copying listings with Turbo Lister may have required you to export your items to a CSV, switch user files, upload, and begin the publishing process. The process was quite a headache for many of us.

Thankfully, transferring listings with 3Dsellers can be accomplished with only a couple of clicks. Simply copy active or ended listings to your Drafts, and publish.

You can even select a different eBay account when publishing drafts from any account.
