AutoDS charges per selling channel. eBay plans have been listed at $26.90 a month for 200 products, $49.90 for 400 and $86.90 for 800, with custom Enterprise pricing. Annual billing saves about 25%. Add-ons include automatic ordering at $9.90 a month and the Product Finding Hub at $14.97.
AutoDS does not have a free plan or a free trial. It offers a 3-day trial for $0.99, which is non-refundable. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends, so cancel from Settings, Account & Billing if you decide not to continue.
Go to Settings, then Account & Billing, and click Manage/Cancel Account. Choose to cancel your AutoDS subscription and pick a reason. To cancel a single channel instead, go to Settings, Plans & Add-ons and click Cancel. On mobile, switch the browser to desktop view first.
After a full cancellation AutoDS keeps your data for 14 days, then permanently deletes it. Cancelling one selling channel deletes that channel's data right away. Products stay on your store, but AutoDS no longer monitors price and stock, so update or end listings that depend on supplier sync.
Yes. You can pause your account for up to 30 days from Settings, Account & Billing, Manage/Cancel Account. Billing and activity stop, your stores and products are kept, and the account reactivates automatically after 30 days. Pause or cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.
AutoDS connects to eBay, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, WooCommerce, Wix and TikTok Shop as selling channels, and each channel is billed separately. It imports products from supplier sites such as AliExpress, Amazon and Walmart, and monitors their prices and stock to update your listings.
Yes, through the auto ordering add-on, priced at $9.90 a month on the AutoDS pricing page. When a customer buys, AutoDS can place the order with the supplier and bring the tracking number back to your store. Order automation is sold separately and is not part of the base product import plans.
Use the AutoDS Help Center at help.autods.com or email support@autods.com. The Help Center has step-by-step articles on billing, pausing or cancelling, connecting stores, importing products and order fulfillment. If you have trouble cancelling, email support before your next billing date so the request is on record.
